Piper Alderman appoints senior corporate partner

Piper Alderman has announced the appointment of Mr Andrew Rankin as a Partner in its national Corporate practice team based in Brisbane.
Mr Rankin was most recently at Dibbs Barker and previously, Norton Rose Fulbright for over 10 years as a partner.
With over 20 years’ experience, Mr Rankin is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer and regularly works with domestic and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital raisings, competition law and Australian regulatory compliance matters.
In addition, Andrew advises both private companies and publicly listed companies and has particularly strong experience in acting in the financial services, healthcare, aged care and agribusiness sectors.

- Mr Andrew Barling joins Piper Alderman as a Senior Associate in their national IP and Technology practice based in Melbourne. Andrew was most recently corporate counsel and commercial director with Fujitsu.
- Ms Angelina Kozary joins Piper Alderman as a Senior Associate in their national Dispute Resolution team relocating from Melbourne to Sydney. Angelina was previously a Senior Associate at ERA Legal.
