Verity has a thorough understanding of the way the media operates in South Australia and nationally, having worked across radio, television and print in a career spanning close to 25 years. In recent years, she has worked closely with corporate clients and businesses of all shapes and sizes, across industry sectors including defence, food and beverages, manufacturing, information technology, mining, finance and entertainment.

Following a thirty year career with KPMG including roles on the Australian National Board and National Executive Committee and its Global Middle Market Executive, Peter has pursued a career in Governance and Advisory, since 2015.
Governance positions include Chair roles with the RAA, RAA Insurance, Electricity Industry Superannuation Scheme, Hood Sweeney, and Director AML3D limited.

Tim is current Chair of the Hutt St Centre since 2018, prior to this he was Deputy Chair of Defence Teaming Centre for 12 years. Presently he is the national Deputy Managing Partner and Head of Adelaide Office, and sits on the national Strategic Leadership Group at Piper Alderman. He assists clients with Intellectual Property and protection.

David Spear FAICD is a Partner and Director of VUCA Pty Ltd, professional company director and governance consultant. His current Board portfolio includes unlisted Public Companies, Not for Profits and Local Government entities.
