Our inclusion and diversity strategy at a whole of firm level focuses on driving inclusive behaviours and building commitment by offering leadership, support and tools to ensure all of our workforce is able to bring their whole selves to work. The firm has a Diversity and Inclusion working group chaired by two Partners of the firm’s leadership group, with the full support of the firm’s Strategic Leadership Group. Members of the committee, including our Managing Partner, have volunteered to participate in ongoing review of organisational practices and associated initiatives and events to achieve the best culture possible for all of our workforce.
