Linzi is an Audit Partner and Office Managing Partner for EY in South Australia, with 25 years of experience in assurance, financial reporting and advisory services across sectors such as energy, oil & gas, mining, and space technology. She is a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion, and prior to becoming Office Managing Partner in South Australia she spent 2 years leading and sponsoring employee experience initiatives for the whole of EYs Oceania assurance team. Linzi is Treasurer and a Board Member of Diabetes SA, has just commenced her second term on CAANZ’s SA&NT Council, and sits on the Energy Committee for the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy.

Edwina is a barrister with 12 years experience in commercial and civil litigation. She has expertise in insolvency, corporations law, equity and finance related proceedings. She regularly appears in South Australian and New South Wales superior courts. Edwina is also a committee member of WinSA, supporting women in the insolvency industry.

Kathryn has over 30 years’ experience as a Non-Executive Director, CFO, and Company Secretary across industries including resources, aviation, and finance. She specialises in leadership, strategy, corporate governance, and risk management. Kathryn holds board roles with AEMO, Police Credit Union, and The National Reconstruction Fund Corporation. She was awarded the Order of Australia (AM) in 2022 and co-founded Business Activators to support strategic growth for businesses and governments.

Victoria is a registered liquidator and registered trustee and has over 19 years of experience in the business advisory, insolvency and turnaround industry.  She provides comprehensive, practical advice to individuals and businesses across a range of industries, including education, hospitality, mining, and manufacturing. Victoria is a member of CPA Australia, ARITA, winSA, and is the Deputy Chair of the ARITA SA & NT Committee.

Emmalee specialises in commercial litigation, specifically matters relating to restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. Emmalee’s legal experience is underpinned by her full membership to Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, MBA and prior insolvency experience in a ‘big 4’ accounting capacity.

Emmalee is well versed in matters relating to director’s duties, creditor’s rights and the Personal Property Securities Act. Her experience in navigating complex legal matters spans across a range of appointment types, jurisdictions and sectors including airline, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries in Australia and overseas.

Emmalee’s strategic approach allows her to achieve optimal commercial outcomes for her clients.
