AI is with us, whether we like it or not!

This breakfast session will explore how in-house legal teams can lead with impact in an era of AI and rapid technological transformation.

Drawing on recent developments in AI regulation, ethical leadership, and judicial guidance, the panel discussion will equip corporate counsel with practical tools to:

  • Navigate the evolving AI landscape: Understand the implications of integrating AI into legal workflows, including compliance, confidentiality, and intellectual property constraints.
  • Champion ethical decision-making: Learn from cases where Judges have been critical of lawyers using AI. Examine the lessons from these cases to enforce values-based governance.
  • Engage leadership and staff in compliance: Discover strategies to amplify the legal voice by use of AI whilst at the same time fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Showcase enduring value: Learn how in-house counsel can continue to demonstrate their indispensable worth, even as AI becomes more prevalent.

The event is open to all organisations, excluding other legal service providers.
