Local barrister, Tyneil Flaherty of Murray Chambers (who has a wealth of experience in bankruptcy matters) will discuss a bankrupt’s criminal conduct and its consequences. Tyneil will consider conduct prior to bankruptcy and also conduct during bankruptcy. What if your bankrupt fails to disclose information, is in contempt of court and/or incurs debts without any ability to pay – Tyneil will talk us through the options available and the outcome of some recent prosecutions!
This presentation will be in person in Adelaide and online / virtual for our interstate colleagues (who are most welcome to join us in Adelaide for the presentation, drinks and nibbles).
The content of the session is aimed at bankruptcy/personal insolvency as well as trustees and their staff.
