Clea is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience in a variety of areas including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, capital raisings, corporate governance and financial services licensing advice.
Clea has strong commercial experience having previously worked in-house both overseas and for a business in the live entertainment sector in Australia. She has negotiated and advised on a broad range of commercial agreements, and has particular experience providing compliance advice in relation to the Australian Consumer Law and privacy laws, both in Australia and in other jurisdictions.
Clea has a practical approach and a good understanding of her clients’ commercial drivers.
