Shaun is a member of the national Projects & Construction Team, primarily focussing on front-end drafting and negotiation for design, construction, operation and maintenance in the infrastructure and energy & resources areas.  He is experienced in incentivised cost contracting, joint ventures and consortiums, roads, rail, resources, water, power generation (hydrogen, solar, wind, gas, coal, etc.), transmission & distribution, telecommunications and oil & gas and can assist in guiding clients through complex front-end negotiations, internal governance approvals and providing ongoing support on operational matters.  Shaun is best known for bringing simplicity to complex contracting structures and particularly liability regimes.

Having spent almost five years working in-house for top tier contractors, Shaun is comfortable dealing directly with operational and commercial staff.

With experience in every Australian jurisdiction, New Zealand and international transactions in Southeast Asia across a wide range of industries, Shaun is capable of supporting his clients across different jurisdictions.
