
Piper Alderman advises SwarmFarm Robotics on $30 million Series B investment

Piper Alderman, an Australian national law firm, is pleased to announce that its Emerging Growth & Venture Capital team has advised its client, SwarmFarm Robotics, a Queensland based AgTech company, on its $30 million Series B funding round led by Belgian “evergreen” venture fund Edaphon and attracted new investments from QIC and the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) to fund growth in North America.
The Piper Alderman deal team was led by Partners Richard Horton and Olena Brodovska, with support from Associates Lachlan Hallab and Emma Connolly, and lawyer Olivia Kelleher.
