Oliver, leads a skilled transactional team specialising in commercial property sales. With 12+ years of experience, he serves diverse range of high-net-worth price, corporate and institutional clients. Oliver serves on the State Executive Board for Knight Frank in SA and through multiple committees in the Knight Frank Australian business. In addition, Oliver is associated with a number of high-net-worth private client and family office advisory groups across local and national markets.

David is the Adelaide Office Chair at Grant Thornton and a Partner in the Private Business Tax & Advisory team. He provides tax and consulting services to a diverse range of clients with a particular focus on the real estate and construction sector. David is a Non-Executive Director of Access 2 Place Ltd which is a not-for-profit disability housing provider and is also Chair of the SA Social Infrastructure Committee at the Property Council of Australia.

Rosalie joined Duxton in October 2022 as Head of Legal, Governance and Reporting. She provides legal and governance assistance across the Duxton Group. Prior to joining the team at Duxton, Rosalie worked in private legal practice in Australia and the United Kingdom, including as a partner at Fisher Jeffries and a legal director at Burness Paull, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raising, corporate governance, commercial contracting and financial services.

Adam’s practice includes all areas of property, infrastructure and contract law and he advises on strategic, commercial and legal issues affecting all forms of property related matters.

His focus is on the acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of residential, commercial, industrial, licensed and retail properties. He specialises in the negotiation and documentation of large scale property acquisitions and disposals, and associated due diligence processes. He has acted in relation to the sale and purchase of numerous large industrial sites, shopping centres and CBD office buildings. He also has considerable experience in dealing with real estate elements of major complex corporate transactions.

He is significantly experienced in the negotiation and documentation of leases and advises both landlords and tenants in relation to their rights and obligations as owners and occupants. He also provides stamp duty, land tax and GST advice and negotiates with landlords, tenants, builders, financiers and FIRB.

Adam prides himself on delivering clients with confident, timely, professional and well considered advice that considers not only the legal aspects but also the financial and commercial elements of the transaction.

Damon is a member of Piper Alderman’s national Real Estate group. He has experience in transactions relating to developments, acquisitions, disposals and leasing of residential, industrial, retail and commercial properties. He has acted for a range of clients such as property developers, state government agencies, construction companies, landlords and tenants. He has experience in preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the sale and purchase of land and lease arrangements, due diligence processes, drafting property dealings and preparing licence agreements.
