Danielle leads the Accolade Wines global legal function in protecting the legal interests of Accolade Wines and its brands which include Hardy’s; Petaluma; Arras; St Hallet; Grant Burge; Mudhouse; and Jamshed. She is a member of Accolade Wines’ Global Senior Leadership Team and is the interface of the legal team with the Board and shareholders in respect of legal and compliance issues. She manages the legal streams of the companies various M&A projects. Danielle has previously sat on the Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel and as Chairperson for the Goodwood Bendigo Community Bank.

Myron is a globally renowned CEO with expertise in retail, brand management, and strategy development for consumer goods companies. He has a proven track record of performance improvement and worldwide market expansion and has worked across large companies and family businesses. Myron is currently using his strategic and commercial skills to reimagine disability employment as CEO of the disability provider Bedford. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Australian Institute of For Purpose Leaders and teaches Entrepreneurship at the University of Adelaide Business School. Emily supports organisations by providing timely legal advice through every stage of employment, including hiring, managing the workforce, and resolving disputes.

She provides advice to employers from various industries in relation to all aspects of employment, industrial relations, work health and safety, and workers compensation law.

Emily is a co-author of “Independent Contractors: a practical guide” with Professor Andrew Stewart and other contributors from Piper Alderman, published by CCH.

She has been an editor of the University of Adelaide Law Review and a member of the South Australian Law Reform Institute.

Emily hosts Piper Alderman’s podcast, Employment Law for the Time Poor, updating listeners on complicated legal issues in manageable portions.
