For one of the first times in history, up to five different generations (from the Silent Generation through to Gen Z) can be working together or interacting in the one environment. This presents unique opportunities and challenges.
This year’s conversation dives into cross-generational leadership and how Gen X, Y, and Z work, lead, and communicate differently. Our panellists will share how they best collaborate across diverse groups to tackle today’s business challenges – from start-ups to established companies.
