This six-part flagship seminar series features prominent industry leaders and Piper Alderman’s very own experts and is designed to assist board members and executives improve performance and reposition their organisation to address upcoming challenges. The series highlights key issues for directors and explores the landscape for the modern board in 2023 and beyond.
Innovation drives continuous improvement and works right through your organisation. How can we do things better?
Every organisation should have a plan for fostering and protecting innovation. What are the key elements of a good Technology and Innovation plan? Who in the organisation should be tasked with implementation? Consider appointing a Technology and Innovation Committee.
