Antonia is a property and real estate lawyer with more than 10 years of experience advising on complex property transactions across the commercial, retail, industrial and agricultural sectors. Her expertise includes property developments, renewable energy projects, leasing, subdivisions, land acquisitions and disposals, community and strata titling, and property due diligence. Antonia has acted extensively on wind farm and solar farm projects, retail and commercial leasing and residential developments, including greenfield developments around greater Adelaide and mixed use off‑the‑plan projects in the City of Adelaide and Bowden, advising from site acquisition through to settlement.

She works with a broad range of clients, including private developers, overseas investors, State Government agencies and renewable energy proponents. Her experience includes advising clients on land acquisitions for residential, social and affordable housing projects, acting for major commercial landlords on high‑profile leasing transactions, and supporting large‑scale renewable energy developments. Antonia also regularly advises major Australian banks and lenders on the property aspects of secured recoveries.
