This Dynamic Board session will focus on equipping directors with the skills and confidence to manage whistleblower reports effectively while ensuring confidentiality and trust.
Session Focus:
- Best practices for handling whistleblower disclosures with sensitivity and compliance.
- Maintaining anonymity and protecting whistleblowers from retaliation.
- Training directors to respond promptly and appropriately to allegations.
- Legal and regulatory obligations boards must uphold.
- Building a culture of transparency and accountability without compromising trust.
Guests are invited to join us in-person in our Brisbane office followed by networking drinks. The 60-minute presentation will also be live streamed online.
As The Dynamic Board Series sessions apply the Chatham House Rule, this webinar will not be recorded and will not be available to view at a later date.
