The Personal Insolvency Forum (PIF) series provides an education and support platform for all Trustees and their staff on bankruptcy matters.
The PIF is one of the few national forums that provides targeted information to those who practice in the personal insolvency space.
The PIF is presented in person to our Adelaide supporters and virtually to our national supporters. The PIF also incorporates an annual (half/full day) seminar which is presented in conjunction with the Adelaide Law School Research Unit, Regulation of Corporations, Insolvency and Taxation (ROCIT). The seminar engages leading national and international academics to present on bankruptcy matters.
The PIF is also convened on an ad hoc basis to discuss recent and important developments in personal insolvency as and when they might arise.
The PIF is an important series for those who want to stay on top of matters relevant to Trustees and their staff and, in particular, recent developments in the personal insolvency space.
