2020 was a rollercoaster of a year for a range of reasons (including the obvious one).  And now, at the close of the year, the Federal Government has released its most substantive set of proposed changes to industrial relations legislation since the Fair Work Act commenced, in the form of the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia’s Jobs and Economic Recovery) Bill 2020.
