Piper Alderman partner Andrea Beatty, lawyers Chelsea Payne and Gabor Papdi and law graduate Chloe Kim have contributed the Australian chapter of The Banking Regulation Review 11th edition, published by The Law Reviews.
As part of the 2020 Expert Panel, the team has reviewed various elements of the banking and finance sector including regulatory regime applicable to banks, prudential regulation, conduct of business, funding and control of banks and transfers of banking business.
