Roselina practices in complex litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency. She has extensive experience dealing with a range of commercial litigation matters, representing clients in all West Australian and Federal Courts, both in first instance and in the appellate jurisdiction, and in the State Administrative Tribunal. She also has experience with adjudications and mining and building disputes. She has previously acted for clients jointly with other lawyers practising in the English Law jurisdiction and in cross-jurisdictions in America.
Roselina commenced her practice as both a commercial and litigation lawyer, before choosing to specialise in litigation. This broad understanding allows her to provide clients with practical solutions and recommend the best commercial outcome while providing litigious advice.
Roselina sits on the WA Law Society’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and Brief Editorial Committee and the ARITA WA Young Professionals Committee.
