Angie Kim is a Senior Associate in Piper Alderman’s Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team in Sydney, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious construction and infrastructure matters.
Her practice spans the full project lifecycle, from project inception through to delivery and completion. She has particular expertise in complex dispute resolution, including all forms of ADR, and regularly advises on contract administration, project structuring and risk allocation.
Angie works with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex projects, including government entities, developers, contractors and consultants, both in Australia and internationally. Her experience spans major infrastructure and energy projects, often involving multi-party environments and layered contractual structures.
A Certified Mediator (AMDRAS accredited) through the Resolution Institute and a Professional Member of the Society of Construction Law Australia, Angie brings a practical, commercially aware approach to her work. She is known for helping clients navigate complex projects with clarity and confidence, managing risk effectively in fast-paced environments.
