Catherine has practised in the Perth market for more than 28 years across a number of sectors including real estate, projects, banking and finance and government.

She is known for providing excellent client service and advice that is pragmatic and commercial, with attention to detail but with a firm focus on assisting clients to meeting their objectives.

She specialises in acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and leasing over a broad range of sectors including industrial, commercial, agricultural, renewable energy, residential, aged care, and retail.  She also advises developer and government clients with respect to property development, subdivision and resumptions, easements and restrictive covenants.

She has a deep understanding of all forms of WA land tenure and land legislation and has significant experience in advising landowner, government trading enterprises and developer clients in respect of land interests for energy renewables projects including wind and solar farms, battery projects, and water and electricity transmission infrastructure.

Her banking and finance experience includes review and preparation of loan documents and securities, forced sales, insolvency and personal property securities, with a particular focus on real estate.

She also provides general property, compliance and contract advice to local government clients.
