Claire holds extensive experience in complex litigation, international commercial arbitration, and class actions.

Claire is committed to approaching her work with integrity and professionalism. She is skilled at working in cross-cultural environments, with experience in London, Kuala Lumpur and most recently in Paris where she obtained an LL.M in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement at Sciences Po and worked in a specialist international arbitration firm, where she acted in international commercial arbitrations under the ICC (Paris) and SAC (Geneva) rules.

Claire has also worked in insurance coverage practices and was formerly an Associate to the Honourable Justice McMeekin of the Supreme Court of Queensland. She is also an experienced academic having taught at the University of Newcastle, Australia and at ESCP Paris, France where she is a Fellow of the Institute for Corporate Governance.
