Emmalee’s legal experience is underpinned by her full membership to Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, MBA and prior insolvency experience in a ‘big 4’ accounting capacity.
Emmalee is well versed in matters relating to director’s duties, creditor’s rights and the Personal Property Securities Act. Her experience in navigating complex legal matters spans across a range of appointment types, jurisdictions and sectors including airline, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries in Australia and overseas.
