Lauren practices in many areas related to property across Australia and has experience advising on all aspects of transactions relating to the divestment, acquisition, development, and leasing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Lauren’s experience includes acting in respect of the sale and purchase of assets including CBD office buildings, large industrial sites, and commercial facilities, large scale leasing for both landlords and tenants, and acting for developers in respect of off-the-plan residential and commercial buildings.
