She has extensive experience in the resolution of high value commercial and contractual disputes, particularly post M&A, shareholder and joint venture disputes in the private equity, finance, energy, infrastructure, transport, and logistic sectors. She also acts for clients in regulatory inquiries and investigations.
Oendri is qualified to practice in Australia and in India. She regularly appears in courts in Australia and arbitral tribunals in Australia, India, Singapore, and the UK.
Her non-contentious practice includes advising on regulatory frameworks in the emerging sectors of sustainability and decarbonisation. She regularly advises carbon farming developers and service providers in the carbon offsets projects and carbon credits trading space on various transactions, disputes, regulatory compliance, spot and forward trade and future off-take financing arrangements for the sale and purchase of Australian Carbon Credit Units.
