Rachel is a banking and financial services lawyer with more than five years’ experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, asset-back lending, derivative transactions, project finance, property finance and general corporate lending. She provides advice to domestic and international clients across a diverse range of industries, including agriculture, construction, education, energy and resources, financial services, hospitality, logistics, mining and real estate. She regularly advises on the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and ASIC regulatory guides.
Rachel is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin). She has also passed the PRC Bar Examinations.
