Tom is a commercial litigator and is part of Piper Alderman’s Dispute Resolution & Litigation based in Sydney. He has over 5 years’ experience practising across various jurisdictions of federal and state courts, including in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Tom has experience in complex multiple party trust litigation, high volume debt recovery and disputes involving personal and corporate insolvency. He represents liquidators, company directors and related parties in public examinations and regularly brings and defends insolvency actions, including unfair preference and insolvent trading claims.
He is valued for his forensic eye for detail, mentorship and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
Tom is a Member of the Local Advisory Council for Edmund Rice Camps NSW and has previously played and coached senior grades at Randwick Rugby Club.
