Piper Alderman advised its client, Symal Group Limited (ASX:SYL) (Symal), a diversified civil infrastructure and construction business, on the acquisition of the Ascot Waste Management business and related assets. The acquisition was effected by Symal’s wholly owned subsidiaries, with a total purchase price of $12 million, and further strengthens Symal’s position in the infrastructure and waste management sector, aligning with its strategic growth objectives.
