Piper Alderman bolsters national real estate practice with leading property partner in Brisbane office

Peter Nugent joins leading national law firm, Piper Alderman, as a Partner in the Brisbane office, bolstering its national real estate team.

With over 30 years’ experience in property development, Peter is a recognised expert on structuring property developments involving mixed uses, shared facilities and multiple stages.

Peter has acted for some of Australia’s leading developers, as well as banks, managers, and bodies corporate. He has also acted for both state and local government on major redevelopments.

He joins the Brisbane office’s real estate team with partners Mark Askin and Warren Denny, taking the national real estate team to 13 partners.
