Kara has practised in an extensive range of property, commercial, agricultural, planning and environmental transactions since 2008.
Kara has advised on various agricultural and property transactions throughout Australia including sales and acquisitions of residential, industrial and commercial property, sales and acquisitions of primary production businesses, permits to occupy for roads and live-stock routes, acquisitions and sales of water allocations and water licences in Queensland and water allocation licences and water entitlements in New South Wales, agreements for lease and leases, contamination and environmental issues particularly in respect of (depots, fuel stations and commercial properties) and provision of transfer duty advice.
Kara’s experience also includes provision of advice in respect of commercial transactions to agribusinesses and transport operators, particularly in respect of asset and share sale agreements, shareholders agreements, service contracts and Personal Property Securities Act issues.
