Anthony is a Special Counsel in the Projects, Infrastructure & Construction and Finance team based in Adelaide and he advises borrowers and financiers across a range of sectors, including real estate, energy and resources, project and corporate financings.
Anthony’s expertise includes real estate portfolio acquisitions, derivatives, corporate, balance sheet and joint venture financings (including bilateral, syndicated and club arrangements for secured and unsecured transactions). Anthony’s practice includes negotiating and providing strategic advice to borrowers and financiers in respect of transactions relating to:
- the acquisition and/or construction of real estate assets (including residential developments, office towers, student accommodation buildings, shopping centres, hotels and industrial properties);
- real estate portfolio acquisitions;
- corporate funding platforms for both listed and unlisted companies and funds (including pre and post-IPO financings);
- acquisitions of private and listed companies and entities; and
- Personal Property Securities law.
Anthony’s breadth of practice, combined with his significant experience in complex and strategic cross-border transactions for large corporate, real estate and acquisition financing transactions, enables him to provide clients with targeted and commercial advice.
