Jayde Lysy is a Special Counsel in Piper Alderman’s Melbourne Corporate team and has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law and banking and financial services law.
She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, venture capital transactions, corporate structuring, commercial contracts and financial services regulation. Jayde has also worked in-house at one of Australia’s major banks, which gave her valuable insight into the commercial realities faced by clients and the way legal and regulatory issues interact with broader business objectives.
