Judith has extensive experience in commercial litigation with a focus on insolvency, banking and finance and general contractual disputes both in Queensland and Victoria.
She has considerable experience in acting for credit providers, receivers, administrators, liquidators and bankruptcy trustees in relation to secured and unsecured recoveries.
Judith also acts for SMEs with respect to debt recovery, contractual disputes, director’s duties and employee fraud.
She has a forensic eye and takes a proactive and commercial approach with respect to the conduct of matters.
