Lachlan Hallab is a Senior Associate in Piper Alderman’s Corporate team, based in Sydney.
He is a corporate lawyer advising on venture capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, working across all stages of the transaction process.
Lachlan provides commercially focused advice to help clients navigate complex transactions, manage risk and achieve their business objectives. He brings a practical and responsive approach to fast-paced transactions.
He works with clients primarily across the technology and entertainment sectors, including Australian and international startups, later-stage companies, and global corporates, as well as venture capital and private equity funds. His experience includes advising on early-stage funding instruments such as SAFEs, as well as supporting clients with ongoing corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
Prior to joining Piper Alderman, Lachlan worked at international and national law firms, where he developed strong foundations in transactional work, cross-border matters and client management.
