Marcus is a Sydney-based Real Estate Partner and leading commercial property lawyer with more than 20 year’s experience advising on complex property acquisitions and sales, commercial, industrial and retail leasing, strata matters, telecommunications and government related land transactions and all aspects of property development. He is particularly recognised for his expertise in the childcare property sector and in compulsory acquisitions for local and state government departments.
Marcus acts for a diverse client base including a number of leading childcare centre operators, high profile individuals, television presenters, celebrities, property developers, private client groups, shopping centre landlords, tenants as well as various local and state Government agencies. His reputation for skilled negotiation, commercially-focused advice and prompt turnaround has made him a trusted adviser on high-value and time‑sensitive transactions.
