Regina Bradford is a Special Counsel in Piper Alderman’s Real Estate and Projects team, based in our Perth office.
She advises on the full lifecycle of real asset transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, disposals and development projects. Her experience includes investment and divestment strategies, transaction structuring, due diligence, tenure assembly and commercial contract negotiations.
She works across a broad range of sectors, including industrial, commercial, residential, social and affordable housing and renewable energy, as well as advising on project delivery, compliance and real estate financing.
Regina works with both private and public sector clients, including government and government trading entities, institutional investors and developers, on complex real estate and development projects. She provides commercially focused legal and strategic advice supported by a strong understanding of governance and risk.
