Richard is an experienced financial services lawyer with more than nine years’ experience advising banks, financial institutions and financial services businesses on regulatory, compliance and commercial matters. His practice focuses on retail banking and financial services, with deep expertise in financial services licensing and authorisations, regulatory compliance, breach reporting and remediation, consumer and client complaints, ASIC enforcement actions, and credit and financial product design.
