Sam is a Senior Associate in the Corporate division of Piper Alderman’s Sydney office. Sam has expertise advising clients with public and private mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and other capital raisings, due diligence, contract negotiation, regulatory issues, and providing general corporate advice.
Sam has experience assisting clients across many industry sectors in all stages of their business – from newly established start-ups to large multi-nationals and listed entities. Sam has experience assisting clients in their dealings with ASX, ASIC and the Takeovers Panel.
Sam is focussed on delivering high quality assistance to clients by providing practical solutions that show an understanding of a client’s business and their individual commercial objectives.
