Tom works in the Dispute Resolution team at Piper Alderman, where he advises individuals and corporate clients with respect to disputes in a range of industries and professions, including building and construction, financial and professional services and healthcare.
He advises clients in relation to regulatory investigations and inquiries in a variety of sectors, including financial services and healthcare. He has significant experience advising the National Health Practitioner Regulator and the respective health professional practice Boards.
Tom also advises clients in relation to civil litigation, common law, insurance law, defamation and sports law. He has acted for a number of insurers, including the Victorian and Western Australian CTP insurers.
