Strategic acquisition of a goldmine asset

Red River Resources Ltd (ASX:RVR) seeks to build a multi-asset operating business focused on base and precious metal with the objective of delivering prosperity through lean and clever resource development. In it bid to expand and grow, the RVR entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Hillgrove Gold-Antimony Project in New South Wales.  

Piper Alderman acted as Red River’s legal adviser on the acquisition, transaction structuring and associated due diligence of the Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Mine. Red River acquired Hillgrove from a private investor domiciled overseas. Our experience in mergers and acquisitions enabled us to oversee the deal successfully.
