Boards’ Role in identifying and responding to psychosocial risk
Psychosocial risk is increasingly becoming a core governance priority. Boards set the tone: they must proactively shape culture, recognise early warning signs, and ensure that complaints escalated to the board are handled with fairness, confidentiality and due process. Combining HR and governance expertise, this session explores practical tools for detecting, assessing and reducing psychosocial risks.
Session Focus:
- Psychosocial risk as an emerging focus for safety regulators and boards generally.
- Board responsibilities in shaping organisational culture and identifying and responding to psychosocial risks.
- Mitigation strategies, governance perspectives, and managing complaints that are escalated to board level.
- Insights from HR and governance professionals
Guests are invited to join us in-person in our Adelaide office followed by networking drinks. The 60-minute presentation will also be live streamed online.
As The Dynamic Board Series sessions apply the Chatham House Rule, this webinar will not be recorded and will not be available to view at a later date.
| The presentation is open to all organisations, excluding other legal service providers. |
