Emer is a Senior Associate in the Projects and Construction team based in the Sydney office.
Emer has over 5 years’ experience working with participants across the construction industry, including clients in the residential, commercial, mining and manufacturing sectors.
Emer has significant experience in dispute resolution across litigation, arbitration and expert determination including in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Courts, Local Courts and Tribunals. Emer has also assisted claimants and respondents in Security of Payment matters including those relating to adjudication, summary judgment and judicial review.
Emer has also provided regulatory and contractual advice to developers, builders, consultancy firms, manufacturers and multi-national corporations to identify risks, resolve disputes and achieve commercial outcomes.
