Lauren is a highly regarded lawyer specialising in workplace relations and general commercial. She has a strong focus on providing strategic and practical legal advice to her clients across all aspects of workplace relations, commercial, governance, industrial relations, work health and safety, and disputes.
Lauren works with employers and organisations across a range of industry sectors and acts as the general legal counsel for a number of her clients. She regularly advises clients on complex front end advisory work, industrial and organisational strategy, workplace and safety audits and investigations, and back end disputes in mediation and litigation across a range of courts and tribunals.
Lauren is a member of the Piper Alderman Reconciliation Action Plan Committee and is a member of a number of industry organisations, including the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC) Safety Committee, and the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia.
