McKenzie has expertise in complex commercial litigation and has acted in numerous multi-million-dollar disputes including funded actions under Australian Corporations and Securities legislation and for institutional energy and resource companies. McKenzie also advises domestic and foreign institutions on Australian regulatory matters relating to financial services and credit licences and exemptions. She works with the Financial Services and Technology team to provide seamless advice from the very start of regulatory investigations to acting on significant enforcement matters before the superior courts.
Having previously worked in China and Southeast Asia, McKenzie draws upon her international commercial experience to assist in the provision of commercial and corporate advice to both the firm’s national and international clients. She conducts Arbitration proceedings and manages an international private law practice for her well published expertise on matters under the Hague Service Convention.
