Sam is a succession and trusts lawyer in the national Private Client Services team.
He regularly advises in relation to succession planning and asset protection for individuals and family groups, estate administration, complex trust issues and self-managed superannuation funds. Sam also has particular expertise in acting for both individual and institutional clients relation to probate disputes, family provision claims and other estate and trust related disputes.
Sam also has a strong general commercial background and skill set, which helps him bring a pragmatic and commercial approach to advising clients.
