Sean has worked in Piper Alderman’s dispute resolution and litigation team since 2023. With particular experience in class actions since 2018, Sean has acted for group members in over 18 representative proceedings spanning claims in respect of financial services, shareholder disputes and industrial relations matters in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
Having played a key role in four Trials, two Full Federal Court Appeals and an Appeal before the full bench of the High Court in class actions on behalf of group members, Sean has a wealth of litigation experience in the industry.
Sean regularly advises on contractual disputes at Piper Alderman, including the Competition and Consumer Act and Corporations Act.
