Emily is a Senior Associate in the national Employment Relations team, and advises employers in all areas of employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety. She is also experienced in advising principal contractors in disputes with owner-drivers under industry-specific legislation in New South Wales.
Emily advises employers on a range of issues, including enterprise bargaining, industrial action, unfair dismissal claims, general protections claims and anti-discrimination claims. She also has experience in work health and safety matters and has assisted clients in litigation before various courts, commissions and tribunals. Emily is also a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
