Mekong Minerals is an Australian unlisted public company holding several mineral interests in Laos and Cambodia. The firm was in Brisbane and operated offices in Vientiane, Laos, and Phnom Penh. Mekong Minerals sought counsel on the divestment of its Cambodian and Laos explorations projects to ASX-listed Santana Minerals Limited. The goal was to provide liquidity to shareholders and raise additional capital (via Santana) to advance its projects through ASX listing.
