Emily is a member of the national Employment Relations team and assists in advising employers in all areas of employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety.
Emily has a strong interest in human resources and industrial relations, and during her studies at the University of Sydney was awarded the 2015 Industrial Relations Society of NSW Prize for Foundations of Work and Employment (Shared) and the 2015 Sir Alexander Beattie Prize in Development of Labour History. Further confirming her passion for this area of law, Emily scored first or second place in the related subjects.
Emily assists in advising employers on a range of issues, including unfair dismissals, general protections matters, anti-discrimination, bullying complaints, and compliance with work health and safety legislation.
