Jack is a Senior Associate in Piper Alderman’s national Employment Relations team, practising in the areas of employment law, industrial relations and workplace health and safety. He provides advice to clients in a range of sectors, including the construction, manufacturing, education, finance, arts and social housing sectors.
Jack has experience advising clients regarding enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, criminal work health and safety proceedings and preparing employment contracts, deeds of release and employment policies. He has also assisted clients in litigation before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court and State Supreme Courts.
In addition to his legal experience, Jack also has experience operating businesses, which assists him with understanding his clients’ commercial needs.
